return the people with social welfare issues (PMKS) living under toll road to their hometown in the near future. Before that, they will be socialized and trained first.

“North Jakarta Social Sub-Department, Social Department, and social institution that manage the gepeng (the term used to lump together vagabonds/tramps, and beggars) will hold socialization to people living under toll road. “We will cooperate with local social department to realize our program thus it can be done optimally," uttered Rahayu.
